I’m Helen Mantell, and my work is about deepening our relationship with energy - how it speaks, how we sense it, and how to live in harmony with it.
Most of the people who find me sense more than they can explain.
They feel the atmosphere of a room before anyone speaks, or notice shifts in energy that others miss.
Often, they’ve learned to tune it out, or they doubt themselves because they don’t have language for what they experience.
Sometimes they’re overwhelmed and want to make sense of their experiences.
What we do together is bring that awareness into focus. We explore your natural psychic senses, how to interpret what you pick up, and how to stay clear and steady while doing it.
I’ve always been interested in how energy and emotion show up in the body - shaping how we feel, respond, and relate.
That’s what led me to explore both the science of healing and the more intuitive side of it, and to hold this work with a trauma-informed awareness that keeps it steady and kind.
Everything I offer through the Intuition Alchemy Portal is about deepening your relationship with your own energy, learning to understand it and work with it intentionally, so it can become one of your greatest assets as you navigate life.
